Toyota Troopcarrier replacement side panels

Replace tired, rattly factory side panels with a clean CNC-cut set. Four pieces per side, same layout as original, so the finish looks like it came that way. Matching rear barn door cards are included with every order.

• 4mm Plain Birch — light and natural, ready to oil or paint.
• 6.5mm Black Hex — our most popular. Durable hex film that hides marks.
• 5mm Coloured — allow 1–2 weeks. Add a note to your order with your preferred colour.
• Internal Storage — panels with built-in reveals for extra storage down both sides.

Before you order

• The water filler access hole on the driver's side is not included by default. If you need it, contact us after purchasing — it adds 2–3 weeks.
• The passenger side has the rear jack location cut out, so you can still reach the jack or fit your own ARB twin compressor.
• Edges come unfinished. We recommend sanding and oiling them before installation.

Dispatch and pickup

Free pickup from our Brooklyn warehouse by prior arrangement. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We aim to ship within 2–3 days, though stock levels vary and it can occasionally be 1–2 weeks. Message us for current lead times if your order is urgent.
