We're a small workshop in Brooklyn, Melbourne that designs, cuts and fits Troopy and van interiors — and answers the phone when you call. Every kit we sell started as a problem we hit on our own trips.

Designed around real trips
Fridge access from the barn doors. Storage you can reach from inside. A walkway that fits actual feet. Every layout decision comes from time on corrugations, not a CAD screen.

Our CNC lives in our workshop. Every panel is cut to fit — which is why our kits go together in a weekend and stay tight on rough roads for years.

From one Troopy to hundreds
It started with a Troopy
Like most of our customers, it started with one vehicle, big trip plans, and fitout options that all compromised something.
Design, cut, repeat
So we designed our own — then refined it build after build, with the CNC in-house so every improvement ships in the next kit.
Kits & full builds
Flat packs shipped Australia-wide, complete workshop builds at Brooklyn, and a parts shed stocked with gear we actually use.
