The starting point for building your own Troopy fitout: a CNC-cut floor and a matching set of side panels, bought together and saving you $100 against buying them separately.
Build your kit
Choose your flooring and your side panels above. Every combination includes the matching rear barn door cards and all the installation hardware.
Flooring options
- 12mm Eucalyptus Hex Ply: our standard floor. Hex film surface, good grip, hard wearing.
- 12mm Birch Hex Ply: denser core, so a sturdier base for mounting cabinetry, and the hex film resists scratching better.
- 15mm Bamboo: special order, cut for you. Please allow extra lead time and get in touch if your build has a deadline.
Side panel options
- 5mm Coloured Panels: allow an additional 1-2 weeks. Add a note to your order with your preferred colour.
- 4mm Plain Birch: light and natural, ready to oil or paint.
- 6.5mm Black Hex: our most popular. Durable hex film that hides marks.
- Internal Storage Panels: built-in reveals down both sides for extra storage. Bungee cord included.

- Main floor, 2 wing pieces and the wing joining material
- 6 bolts, washers and nutserts for the floor (M8 nutsert tool required, an extra washer and nut will also do the job)
- 4-piece side panel replacement
- Matching rear barn door cards
- Panel installation kit: M5 nutserts, bolts and washers

Every piece is cut to the 78 Series tub, so it bolts in without a weekend of cardboard templating. Precision-engineered, with user-friendly installation instructions included.

How long until it ships?
We aim to get stocked items out within 3-5 days. Stock moves, so if your build has a deadline, message us for the current lead time before you order.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Free pickup from our Brooklyn warehouse in Melbourne, by prior arrangement. Get in touch once you've ordered and we'll sort out a time.
What does shipping cost?
It's calculated at checkout based on the item and where you are. Full detail is on our shipping page.
Will it fit my Troopy?
Our Troopy parts are cut for the 78 Series Landcruiser Troopcarrier. If you're running something else, or you've got rear seats or a non-standard setup, message us before ordering. We'd rather check than have you wait on a return.
